I’m not a fish lover but how you prepared and presented each dish was wonderful, I think for me the Wild Sea Bass might be a new dish for me to try again. Super honoured to be included in your first fining dining experience with friends. We would definitely highly recommend. An experience far beyond going out to a restaurant .
