At Atelier Dining, we believe exceptional hospitality is where creativity, precision and passion meet. Founded by Jenny Tucker and Matthew Love, Atelier is a fine dining concept born from diverse experience, refined skill, and a shared vision to create something truly special.

Jenny Tucker

Jenny is a multi-award-winning restaurateur whose journey into hospitality is anything but conventional. After 20 years serving as a paramedic with the South West Ambulance Service, Jenny gained her creative expertise by studying Interior and Product Design at Academia Italiana in Florence, blending aesthetic awareness with functional excellence.

Returning to the UK, Jenny held the position of General Manager and part-time chef at a prestigious Norfolk boot camp, where she combined nutrition, organisation and leadership with hands-on culinary skill.

Jenny followed her passion for food and creativity by gaining professional culinary qualifications at Ashburton Chef’s Academy. Jenny went on to create, own and manage the much-loved Podshavers Restaurant, earning recognition for her distinctive approach to hospitality.

Today, Jenny brings together her operational strength, creative vision and deep understanding of people to shape the Atelier experience.

Matthew Love

Matt is a self taught chef driven by creativity, discipline and a deep respect for quality ingredients. With experience as an owner-manager of a fitness business specialising in nutrition and education, Matt understands food not only as an art form, but as a foundation for wellbeing.

Through hard work and dedication, Matt has risen to the top of his profession as an Executive Chef, developing a style defined by bold flavour, refined technique and innovative presentation. Matt's passion for creative cooking and commitment to excellence form the culinary heartbeat of Atelier.

Together, Jenny and Matt are combining their skills, knowledge and experience to create a new and innovative hospitality venture.

Atelier will initially focus on pop-up dining experiences and private events, offering carefully curated menus that celebrate seasonality, artistry and immersive hospitality.

Each event is designed to feel personal, intimate and memorable — where thoughtful design meets exceptional cuisine.
